WITH almost never appears as the only particle. Its home is the three-word phrasal verb: put up with, get along with, come up with, catch up with, do away with.

In those verbs, WITH is the weakest word in the phrase — it exists to attach the object, and it is never stressed.

WITH reduces to /wɪθ/ or /wɪð/ with a very short vowel, and in fast speech it fuses with the following word: put up with it is “pu-du-p-wi-thit”, four beats with the stress only on UP.
